The Amazing Christmas Shopping Workout – Part 2

Would you like to burn some mega calories while doing your holiday shopping? Some of my best workouts have been very well planned out, and I am hoping that this one goes according to schedule. I did this last year, and I’m trying it again today. I am doing all of my Christmas shopping in one day, and I am prepared for a test of patience and to be worn out. As some of you know, I have finished a few Ironman races, and today I will prove that I am an endurance shopper.   Would you like to burn some mega calories while doing your holiday shopping? Some of my best workouts have been very well planned out, and I am hoping that this one goes according to schedule. I did this last year, and I’m trying it again tomorrow. I am not a big shopper, so I am doing all of my Christmas shopping in one day. (I am prepared for a test of patience and to be worn out). As some of you know, I have finished a few Ironman races, and tomorrow I will prove that I am an endurance shopper. Prep to Shop: Wear comfy clothes, shoes, and a backpack.
